Do I need to be home?
No. As long as DWM has safe yard access and dogs are secured, you do not need to be home.
Do you haul the dog waste away?
DWM removes dog waste from the agreed service area. Final disposal details are confirmed with your service setup.
What happens if my gate is locked?
DWM will confirm access details after your quote request. If access is not available on service day, DWM will follow the agreed service policy.
Can my dog be outside while you service the yard?
Dogs should be secured before service so the yard can be cleaned safely and consistently.
What happens if it rains?
DWM monitors route conditions and will communicate if weather affects service timing.
Is there a contract?
No long-term contract is required. Membership service is billed monthly and continues until canceled according to the service terms.
What if I am not satisfied with the service?
